1. Exercise and Yoga Regime:
Exercise plays a very important role in height attainment.
Height increasing exercises for teenagers is the best way to adopt. Exercises
help stretch out the limbs and body tissues, and some specific exercises like
skipping or climbing help in height gain. Sports like basketball, swimming,
tennis and football have been known to increase the height. Apart from that,
certain yoga asana are very effective for height gain.
2. Maintain Ideal Body Weight:
Obesity has been known to cause stunted growth, so in order to
grow in height, it is crucial to maintain an ideal body weight.
3. Drink Plenty of Water:
Water detoxifies the body and cleanses it. It aids in the
absorption of nutrients that help in height gain.
4. Avoid Growth Inhibitors:
Growth inhibitors like smoking or drinking cause stunted growth.
These must be avoided. Use of narcotics or even antibiotics acts as growth
inhibitors and stunts the body’s growth.
5. Practice Good Posture:

9. Frequent, Smaller Meals:
Frequent, smaller meals help to keep the body recharged and high
on energy. So it is better to have six meals a day rather than three in order
to regulate the metabolism. Smaller meals are more frequent and help in quicker

Do's for
1. Make a time Management according to you
activity Level and Strictly Follow it.
2. Take complete 9-11hrs Sleep(Teenagers must
sleep up to 8hrs minimum)*
3. Wake up when you feel you don’t need more sleep.
Sleep is very important and it will help you grow but not too much sleep.
4. Be in habit of doing everything on time.
Follow your Time Table 7 day continuous you will automatically get in habit.
5. Take 2 bananas (at least 1) as Brunch everyday
between your Breakfast and Lunch timings. (Around 10AM if you do breakfast at
8am and Lunch at 1pm).
6. Drink 1 glass of Milk with 1tea spoon sugar
only, after 30min of Dinner and 30min before sleep.
7. Eat Fresh raw Fruit like - Orange, Apple, Papaya,
Carrot, etc
8. Also you can have Fruit Jam it’s really going
to work.
9. Drink plenty of more water all day and less at
night. So you'll be hydrated. I recommend 6 or 5 L of water every day.
10. Spend atleast 30min of Doing Skipping
exercise. Or any Jumping sports you can play Basketball, Gymnastics (I
recommend)
11. Walk, Run, Jog and also Try Cycling in morning
at least 20 min
12. More you walk more you'll be fit.
13. Watch Movies, Favorite TV shows, Hangout with
friends, Read Books Magazines, Talk to anyone who listen to you. Be Happy and
Laugh more you can.
14. Share your improvement to others.
15. Try to exercise 2 times or Once a day only for
20 min but give a try..
16. You can Exercise for 2hrs but remember doing
more of jumping and jogging like exercise.
17. Eat more Fresh Green Veg. And Egg, Fish. As
per choice if you are not vegetarian.
18. Don’t take milk if you had egg or any kind of
Meat that day.
19. Take Dry Fruits at evening.
20. Go out, be Relax, Feel Fresh.
21. Keep your Mental Health Healthy.
22. Do exercise at least 4 times a week and
Involve in Sports or Dance whatever suits you.
23. Accept yourself in the best way. You are Different.
Love Yourself.
24. Surround yourself with positivity. Sit and
talk to your Best mate and listen to good music.
Don’ts for
1. Don’t do a lots of Exercise same day.
2. Don't overdo your Exercise, stop immediately
when you feel exhausted.
3. Avoid Too much milk be on Limit
4. Do not Exceed for anything know your limits
and Be within your Limits
5. Don’t drink a lots of water at a time, try
drinking little amount throughout the day.
6. Don’t wake up to alarm clock if you have
school then go to bed early at night.
7. Don’t think too much it will also affect your
height and Mental Health.
8. Don’t be Obsessed with your Height you are
just 15, you have long way to go.
9. Don’t measure your Height everyday it will
make you obsessive.
10. Don’t be Stressed, Depressed of anything.
11. Don’t do anything to get quick result. It gets
15yrs to be 5"3, give your body time. Don’t hurry.
12. You will grow little more than your parents, Don’t
worry
13. Don’t be a Night Owl, sleep well.
14. Don’t drink too hot or too cold milk, lukewarm
is more effective.
15. Totally avoid any kind of Weight Lifting Exercise;
it has nothing to do with your Height.
16. Don’t drink chilled water it will affect your
digestive system.
17. Don’t let other bother you about your Height
be calm and forget what others say.
