The images obtained to provide more detailed images other than the images obtained from X-ray. CT Scan allows doctors to see inside the body. It uses a combination of X-rays and a computer to create pictures of your organs, bones, and other tissues. It shows more detail than a regular X-ray.
CT Scans basically can detect bone and joint problems, like complex bone fractures and tumors. If someone suffers from cancer, heart disease or live masses, CT scans help the doctors to see any kind of changes. They show internal injuries and bleeding, such as those caused by a car accident.
