Lose Weight Through Running
Running is an efficient way of losing weight. Start with a mile and increase that to as long you can run.
There are people who run a marathon a day. You do not need to do that but if you increase your running appetite to running a marathon distance a week, spread across 3–5 days, you will never talk about losing weight, on the contrary you can eat what you want and burn it all while you run.
Having said that, you can easily burn between 400-600 calories running an hour. And that is only while running. Body speeds up the metabolism by running and calorie burning continues even several hours after running. If you eat what you eat regularly and add a 5k run /day, you could see a drastic change in few weeks.
